Description: When switching from a Multi-User license to a Single user subscription, "Network License Not Available" is a common error that pops up. This error prevents you from being able to access the "Lets Get Started" window that allows you to log in. This happens when the program is still searching for a Network license that is no longer there. For 2017, 2018 or 2019 products, this error can be fixed by deleting the LGS.data file that tells the program to search for the license.

Solution: To fix this is issue, you will need to navigate to the LGS.data file and delete it in the following folders (make sure to show hidden items in explorer):

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\ProductKey_ProductVersion.0.0.F\LGS.data

The ProductKey_ProductVersion is specific to the program you are attempting to log into. Specific product keys can be found here

After deleting this file, upon startup you will be able to access the Lets Get Started screen and log in using the single user subscription.
