Welcome to the KETIV Support portal. From our portal you will be able to access self help articles, community forums and create and mange your customer support tickets.

From the home page shown below, you can access our self help articles. These are articles created by our KETIV support agents to help our customers navigate or troubleshoot their Autodesk/ANSYS software. These articles are also accessible from the Solutions tab at the top of the page. While you are creating a ticket the Portal will try to suggest articles that are related.
Autodesk and Ansys have great community forums. This is a place where you can let the KETIV Support team know what content you would like to see added to the portal. Request future Productivity Training or even the weekly AVA topics. Visit the Tech Tips, section, take a tip from your peers and leave one for others!
From the search bar you can use key words to find articles to help with your questions. Below the navigation bar you can also access your support tickets or create new support tickets.
Your support tickets can be seen by selecting the Tickets tab at the top of the page or the check ticket status under the navigation bar. From here, you can see the details of your support ticket and the status. The status will update as our team works on your case or if we are waiting on information from you to move forward with the case.
